Report the case to the insurer immediately
by telephone or completion of Claim Form. |

Do not admit liability or offer promise or payment to third
party without insurer's approval. |

| 3. |
If you receive any writ of summons/legal documents,
you should pass them to the insurer. Do not answer any questions concerning
claims of the plaintiff until further notice of insurer. |

Submit the following to insurer :

| b. |
Copy of all documents you may receive concerning the claims during
the case in process. |
| c. |
Forward us all letter, claim, writ, summons and process immediately
upon receipt by the insured. |
